The managing attorney of the firm is Charles T. Clark, a native of the North Texas area. As a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent Rated attorney (the highest peer rating for professional excellence and ethics), he has enjoyed a distinguished legal career, spanning more than 40 years, structuring and closing landmark commercial real estate and corporate transactions, in addition to hundreds of mainstay commercial transactions.
Prior to founding Clark Law Firm, Mr. Clark served as an Equity Shareholder in the Dallas office of Winstead PC, where he was a member of the highly-regarded Real Estate Section and had sole authority to approve firm legal opinions as a member of the firm's Legal Opinion Committee. He also co-founded Winstead's Washington, D.C. office. Prior to his tenure at Winstead, Mr. Clark began his practice in the Real Estate Section of Bracewell LLP, Houston, Texas, but returned to Dallas to co-found the Real Estate Section at Thompson Coe, in Dallas, Texas.
